At ground floor level the interiors of this single-family row house from 1928 were demolished in order to give room for a spacious combined kitchen/living area. All kitchen furniture including the island was custom made, as well as was the entrance wardrobe and HiFi furniture in the living room. The basement was fitted with a sauna, a guestroom and a wine cellar as well as a comfortable shower bathroom. From the conservatory, which was laid out with a new concrete floor with underfloor heating, a wide wooden terrace with integrated seating steps down into the garden.
